Job Title: Business Systems Analyst
Location: Mississauga
The position is full-time, permanent and will re****t to the Director,
Business Consulting as well as the Project Manager to which the
individual is assigned.
MUST HAVES:
=B7 5 years experience in Business SYSTEMS Analysis in either the Life
Insurance OR financial services sector
=B7 Experience in writing functional specifications, gathering user
requirements, developing and executing test plans/strategies and
conducting training
=B7 Excellent attention to detail and process-minded/oriented
=B7 Proven experience working on projects using excellent problem-
solving and team collaboration skills
=B7 Ability to travel three consecutive months (this would occur only
once every 18-24 months and we will fly you back home to Toronto every
other weekend if not every weekend); All travel expenses are paid
=B7 Applicants should have the proper do***entation to travel back and
forth across the U.S. with ease i.e. does not have to apply for proper
paperwork
=B7 Excellent oral and written skills in the English language as they
will write re****ts and present before groups of people
NICE TO HAVES (but not necessary):
=B7 Familiarity with other insurance software products e.g. INGENIUM,
Capsil, etc,
=B7 Knowledge of project methodologies and practices e.g. SDLC, PMBOK
