Mandatory:
* Proven experience in analysis of business rules and system use
cases;
* Proven experience with Unified Modelling Language format;
* Proven experience in modelling technical architecture;
* Working knowledge of Web Services environments such as WebSphere,
Java applications;
* Working knowledge of Relational Database Management Systems such as
Oracle 10g;
* Strong problem resolution skills; good judgment on how to proceed
with issues;
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities:
* Analyze business requirements regarding information and re****ting
systems requirements. Business requirements will cover the creation of
a new database repository, integration with existing client's
application software, data maintenance procedures, re****ting and
auditing procedures;
* Develop Logical and Physical Data Models for a new database
repository as specified by Systems Architects. Do***entation will
include data and class diagrams and data dictionaries;
* Create Systems Requirements do***entation. Requirements will include
fully realized Use Cases, Use Case models, and Activity diagrams;
* Create Logical and Physical Architecture do***entation. Modify or
adapt from existing architecture do***entation where available.
Do***entation will include application, deployment, security, and
technical models;
* Resolve design issues resulting from System Requirements as raised
by Developer/Analysts;
* Work closely with internal staff such as Business client staff,
Systems Analysts, Systems Architects, Systems Testing, Database
Administrators, and production sup****t staff as required;
* Re****t regularly to Project leads on deliverables status and issues
resolution;
* Transfer skills and knowledge to selected internal staff;
* Use standard client's do***entation and modelling software such as
MS Office, MS Visio, Sybase Power Designer, Oracle 10g, and Cognos.
