Responsibilities
Specifically, the job responsibilities will include:
** Enhancements to Remedy ARS 6.3 to sup****t a new, remote user base
including scoping, design, development (coding and testing), and
implementation.
** Production sup****t of existing Remedy ARS 6.3, including 24 x 7
on-call responsibilities
** Remedy technical sup****t for cutover to a new data center
** Backup to Remedy administrator
Skills
The candidate must possess:
** Mid-level application development skills with Remedy ARS 6.3 and
homegrown applications
** Proven ability to follow a structured application development
methodology from scoping through implementation
** Working knowledge of Developer Plus, Admin, Migration and Im****t tools
desired
** Working knowledge of Remedy on AIX platform with Sybase database
desired
** Familiarity with Asset Center and LDAP integration desired
** Familiarity with Remedy 6.3 web desired
** Experience with ITSM including incident and change management desired
