skills:

Start and end date: A.S.A.P. to December 31, 2008

Employee duties and experiences:
As a member of the ESM Engineering team this contractor will work under
the
direction of the ESM Manager in performing the following tasks:
a.. Business process analysis, design, development and implementation
for
all approved Change Request/Problem Re****ts the ESM team receives for the
various Remedy Action Request System Applications (ARS).
b.. Participate in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle
(SDLC) for the development of new IT Service Management systems and/or
sub-systems that are based on Remedy Action Request System (ARS) or Remedy
Web Services.
c.. Adapt the Remedy ARS component to any departmental requirements when
approved by the Remedy Advisory Board.
d.. Present all do***entation to the ESM Manager for final approval and
inclusion in project records.
Deliverables:
a.. Requirements Analysis, Functional Specifications, Detailed Design
and
Development of new ITSM applications that are based on the Remedy Action
Request System (ARS).
b.. Enhancements to the various IT Service Management (ITSM)
applications
that are based on the Remedy Action Request System (ARS).
c.. Bug fixes to the various ITSM applications that are based on the
Remedy Action Request System
d.. Remedy Web Services for selected functionality of the IT Service
Management (ITSM) applications.
e.. Automated link to Active Directory through Vendor forms to retrieve
client information into Remedy on secure network.
f.. Updated technical do***entation related to the various ITSM
applications that are based on the Remedy Action Request System
