Mandatory:
* Excellent negotiation, consultation, interpersonal,
communication, consensus building, re****t writing and presentation
skills;
* At least 10 years experience in the analysis and design of large
scale complex IT systems;
* Experience in all phases of large IT projects;
* In-depth knowledge of user interface design, systems analysis
and design;
* Sound knowledge and working experience of data, application and
technology architectures;
* Demonstrated planning and organization abilities.
Desirables:
* Experience with public sector IT projects, registration systems,
and Point-in-Time data architectures;
* Experience in RUP development approach, iteration planning and
Object Oriented methodology;
* Experience with Object Oriented analysis techniques and tools
including use case modeling and specifications, UML, UI story board,
screen navigation flows, UI specifications, and prototyping for rapid
application development;
* Experience with data modeling;
* Experience with the n-tier technology projects.
Responsibilities:
* Conduct requirements sessions with multiple business user groups
and system partners to obtain and analyze business / system
requirements;
* Analyze the potential of client's data stores to provide input
to the project prioritization recommendations from the project=92s
Expert Panel;
* Work with the architecture branch to create complete business
process and data models that comply with cor****ate standards and re-
use existing data stores and components where applicable;
* Write business requirements, hold stakeholder walk-throughs,
obtain signoffs;
* Consult with stakeholders and write project do***ents such as
implementation strategy, and training do***entation;
* As required, lead other team members in the creation of the
above-described deliverables;
* Sup****t and assist client=92s Project Manager with other duties as
required;
* May be assigned to sup****t other initiatives.
