this posting.

Remarks:
There could be infrequent meetings to attend in Toronto, ON.

Mandatory:

    *   Ability to process project information with high levels of
accuracy;
    * Knowledge of and experience with tools and techniques for
planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects;
    * Knowledge of and experience with monitoring and re****ting on
project progress and delivery using, MS Project. MS Enterprise Project
Management (EPM), SharePoint and Visual Process are optional assets;
    * Knowledge of and experience with maintaining a central
repository of project schedules, plans, re****ting and deliverables
ability to produce a variety of business do***ents (in MS Office) that
demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought and orderliness of
presentation (including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and Visio);
    * Proven extensive experience in the management of large-scale,
complex IT projects with inter-relations among large-scale projects;
    * Proven extensive experience with project methodologies, tools
and processes for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT
projects;
    * Proven extensive experience in coordinating and tracking formal
cor****ate gating processes and architecture checkpoints;
    * Experience in interfacing with executive level client
management;
    * Knowledge of and experience with maintaining a central
repository of project/program schedules, plans, re****ting and
deliverables;
    * Ability to produce a variety of business do***ents (in MS
Office) that demonstrate command of language, clarity of thought and
orderliness of presentation (including MS Word, Excel, Power Point and
Visio).



Responsibilities:


    * Assisting project manager(s) with project statements, resource
planning, status re****ting, and monitoring status of deliverables;
    * Assist project manager in Stakeholder management, gathering &
do***enting requirements, do***enting project plan, strategy and
implementation plan as per our client's standards;
    * Creating and maintaining project schedules (Work Breakdown
Structures) using MS Project;
    * Coordinating project meetings (e.g. steering committee, team
meetings), including issuing of agendas, scribing minutes and
following up on action items with the project team;
    * Generating and publi****ng project re****ting (status re****ts with
schedule information, milestones, dependencies, issues, risks, change
requests, financials, metrics, etc);
    * Assisting project manager(s) in the identification, preparation
and tracking of project change requests, reviewing the requests to
ensure all impacts are identified and estimates are reasonable;
    * Preparing project presentations and communications, at the
direction of the project manager(s);
    * Managing overall projects budget and expenditures;
    * Sup****ting projects orientation for new staff and consultants
assigned to the project;
    * Regular review of all actual expenses to budgets, which includes
tracking and monitoring of monthly expense accruals, and perform
reconciliation of expenditures against budget. Create and maintain
summary re****t of expenditures for Sr. PM;
    * Assist in the development of Quality Management, Change
Management, Issues & Risk Management plans, Communication plan and
Project Charter;
    * Monitor project deliverables and do***entation for quality and
ensure standards are followed;
    * Assist in the development of Quality Management, Change
Management, Issues & Risk Management plans, Communication plan and
Project Charter;
    * Transferring knowledge to designated staff.
