I have the following op****tunity for a client of mine in Ottawa looking
for
a Remedy consultant with the following skills:
Requirements are:
Service Requirements - Responsibilities:
a.. Provide Remedy system sup****t for Action Request System (ARS)
version
7, ITSM modules 5.6 with an Oracle 9i database as required for minor
enhancements.
a.. Build modules and/or interfaces to existing modules related to the
'management of the software development lifecycle'.
b.. Provide Remedy system expertise for the architecture and performance
tuning and for the future system enhancements and functions.
c.. Provide sup****t and expertise for the upgrade path of Remedy
architecture to Oracle 10g.
d.. Provide system and end-user do***entation as required.
Service Requirements - Qualifications:
· ITIL Foundations certification
· Experience in working with large-scale cor****ate Remedy systems
(ARS7) deployment, customization and configuration.
· Experience in row level security/encryption within the AR
System.
· Experience in Crystal Re****ts and Cognos.
· Experience in the development of Remedy customized modules and
customized interfaces for:
· SAP
· GroupWise 7
· LDAP - specifically Novell eDirectory integration
· Experience in ITSM modules 5 and 6.
· Experience in web technologies such as IIS, Tomcat, Resin
· Experience in Kinetic Products such as Kinetic Survey and
Kinetic
Calendar
· Experience developing system related do***entation and in
creating user do***entation/guides;
· Experience with Oracle 9i and 10g database performance tuning.
