C2C up to $55-60/hr
Experience Level: least 5/7 years e-business focus.
Description: Acts as liaison between client area, technical
organization, and other affected areas by planning, conducting, and
directing the analysis of highly complex business problems to be
solved through internet based solutions. Responsible for producing
business requirements. Develops project requirements plans and
schedules, including effort estimates. May perform business user
acceptance. Works directly with Product management, Development and QA
organizational areas, and is considered the highest-level SME.
Skills: Must have experience in RUP and UML. Should be familiar with
SharePoint, Enterprise Architect or any UML tool, Visio.
Domain knowledge: Business Payroll Processing will be a plus.
The position would work with the business partners to add
functionality to the website. The link above references the payroll

are expected to have alot of experience with UML, RUP, and especially
Use Cases. The in***bant is expected to elicite requirements from Sr.
VP's, typicall Product Managers to add new features/functionalities to
the payroll services offered through the online channel.
