Hiring Coordination Includes Badging, Issuing Uniforms, Drug Screening,
Performing Background Checks, And Some Training Coordination.
« Generate Quarterly And Other Staffing Re****ts.
« Answer Employment Inquiries Over The Phone, Fax, And In-Person.
« Heavy Filing And Compiling Packets.
« Respond To Employee Relation Issues Through Consulting, Mediation, And
Investigations.
« Provide Interpretation Of Company Personnel Policies And Procedures.
« Provide Guidance On Employee And Badge Termination Procedures
Accordingly.
« Plan Employee Appreciation And Event Functions.
« Administer Employee Recognition Programs.
« Other Duties As Assigned By Management.
Required Skills
« 1-2 Years Of Admin Sup****t Experience Required
« Airline/Air****t Experience Is A Plus, But Not Required
« Must Be Extremely Flexible With Unexpected Deadlines
« Must Be Extremely Patient And Be Able To Work With Numerous
Interruptions
« Expert In MS Excel, PowerPoint, And Word
« Some Travel Required To LAX Air****t And The Badge Offices
« Flexible Work Schedule
