SQA Engineer Responsibilities This professional Software QA Engineer
position will be responsible for the quality aspects of complex client
side Windows and Unix components. The position will perform white box
testing, design and implement test tools and scaffolds in C++, perform
code and design reviews, actively participate in the QA process, and
be responsible for writing test plans and test specifications
The individual should be an expert level troubleshooter with expert
ability in one or more areas of test automation, network security, and
quality assurance, combined with abilities to work directly with
source code (C/C++).
Success Factors : Candidates must be goal oriented, and well
organized. Re****ts must be clear and concise. Must be able to work
independently and in team settings. Professional demeanor.
Particularly for SQA, a creative thinker with a desire to tear down
products to understand coding intent and expose weaknesses.
Lastly, employees must be prompt and have strong business ethics and
QA integrity. Qualifications The successful candidate will have 5+
years of applicable professional QA experience or as a specialist in
applicable technologies. The candidate must also have at least 2 years
experience with C/C++ programming. CSTP, CSQA / CSTE, or CISSP
certifications a plus. Experience with VxWorks or Linux a strong plus!
We can also consider individuals who have solid experience with
network based products in QA or IT.
