QA Lead with Offshore Experience
* Help build the offshore QA organization. * Manage and coordinate the
day-to-day activities of the offshore development team. * Develop
detailed test strategy and test plans, with heavy focus on automation,
for web based enterprise applications. * Test all components and
subsystems including server-side components, database components, UI
components using a combination of API based testing and UI testing. *
Familiarity with .NET and/or J2EE frameworks and one or more object
oriented programming languages. * Knowledge of Windows Server 2003
system. * Virtual Machine environments (VMWare, VirtualPC, etc). * BS
required, MS preferred in computer science, engineering, math or
science
