Sr Software Quality Engineer
Description The successful candidate SQE (Software Quality Engineer)
will: 1. Sup****t software development activities. 2. Analyze and
interpret customer and internal requirements. 3. Interface directly
with customers (internal and external). 4. Be able to create and
implement a software quality program plan on multiple projects. 5.
Audit to ensure compliance with requirements and recommends process
improvements to reduce project risk. 6. Mentor engineering in the
effective and efficient application of software processes. 7.
Communicate and provide status feedback to program and project
managers on a weekly basis.
The successful candidate must possess the following skills and
abilities: 1. Have excellent communication and organizational skills.
2. Be highly motivated and self directed; Must possess the ability to
handle multiple projects simultaneously. 3. Have the ability to obtain
a security clearance. 4. Degree in Computer Science or Computer
Engineering or equivalent. 5. Experience in high-order language
embedded development or SQE sup****t of same. 6. Familiarity with SEI
CMMI, ISO 9000, statistical process control, requirements analysis,
model base development, and code analysis. 7. Requirements flow-down
experience and requirements based verification is highly desired. 8.
Must have communication skill, be an excellent communicator, and be
able to articulate goals and objectives at all levels; SW Developers,
IPT Leads, and Program or Project Manager. 9. Work with minimum
supervision.
