Job Description Software Engineer =96 Testing 1.1 ROLES AND
RESPONSIBILITIES
=95 We are looking for an experienced and motivated professional who
will play a key role in or-ganization building and will be working
directly with Team Lead. This person should have: =95 Working knowledge
and understanding of the following concepts; Software Development Life-
cycle, Software Quality Assurance. =95 Well versed with testing
do***entation including bug re****ts, testing status re****ts, =95 Well
versed with writing test plan, test scripts and updates test strategy
for each release. =95 Well versed with managing bugs in Bugzilla. =95
Knows how to evaluate and propose testing automation tools. =95 Knows
how to evaluate, propose and implement test automation.
1.2 DESIRED PROFILE
Education: =95 B.Tech/MCA/B.E/M.Tech/MS. - Computers =95 Experience : 3
years plus =95 Knowledge and understanding of the following applications
is a plus; Stellent Content Server and IBM Web server. =95 Test
automation experience a plus =95 Commitment to excellence and high
standards. =95 Excellent written and communication skills. =95 Strong
organizational, problem solving and analytical skills. =95 Ability to
manage priorities. =95 Versatility, flexibility, responsibility and a
willingness to work within constantly changing priorities, with
enthusiasm.
