Software Sup****t Analyst_II
Major Responsibilities and Percent of Work Time:
=B7 Provide daily remote or onsite second-line sup****t to clients
including logging and monitoring calls in ticket tracking system
following our sup****t process and metrics guidelines-30%
=B7 Escalate unresolved calls to third-line sup****t-20%
=B7 Provide software installations, upgrades and training to client as
required-15%
=B7 Work with development to identify and QA test bug fixes and assist
QA with software testing depending on product-10%
=B7 Determine and prepare do***entation and release notes for software
applications-10%
=B7 Mentor and train junior sup****t analysts in the technical and
procedural aspects of sup****t-5%
=B7 Assist Business Analyst with implementation/conversion projects-5%
=B7 Perform other duties as assigned-5%
Requirements:
=B7 Associate degree in computer or business related field plus a
minimum of two years telephone sup****t or combination thereof
=B7 Two years software training experience
=B7 Database experience with Oracle or SQL
=B7 Re****t writing software experience preferably Crystal Re****ts
=B7 Ticket tracking software experience preferably Connect Care and MCC
=B7 *****sment or Government Tax experience or knowledge
=B7 Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
=B7 Business travel may be required as determined at the supervisor's
discretion
=B7 May require extended work schedules, tight deadlines and conflicting
priorities
=B7 Must be able to work in a variety of social, cultural, legal, and
political environments
=B7 Sitting, eye sight, using hands/fingers, talking, hearing,
occasionally lifting up to 25#
=B7 Must maintain regular and acceptable attendance as determined by the
supervisor's discretion
