As A Customer Service/Internet Sup****t Associate You Will Use Your
Knowledge Of Computer Operating Systems To Offer Customers Solutions And
Options To Their Technical Problems. Customers Will Be Calling You With
Regards To High Speed Internet Connectivity Issues, Browser Issues, Speed
Issues, Pop-ups, Email Access Etc. You Will Be Responsible For Scheduling
Technicians To Visit The Customers Home When Required. You Must Also
Combine Your Computer Knowledge, Communication And Customer Service Skills
To Respond To The Incoming Billing And Service Inquiries. Starting Wage:
$11.15/hr
