Senior QA Automation Engineer
Overview: Do you love getting computers to do all the work? Do you
scoff at the challenge of testing high volume websites that constantly

testing will be appreciated by millions of loyal social networking
users? The Senior QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for
designing, implementing and driving our overall QA automation
strategy. Working across the Software Development team you will play a
significant in our ability to deliver site enhancements faster, and
with greater quality.
Responsibilities: =95 Drive Improvements in UI automation infrastructure
=95 Design and deliver a reliable and repeatable automation model for
all projects. =95 Monitor, create and maintain UI automation tests and
test frameworks =95 Proficiently decompose requirements and develop test
automation for projects of simple to high complexity =95 Develop and
manage effective test strategies and test plans for existing and new
web based applications =95 Set standards and define best practices for
automation testing =95 Lead automation development efficiency,
maintainability and reusability =95 Sup****t and mentor other QA team
members on QA automation. =95 Maintain an efficient, high-quality
library of scripts for automated testing. =95 Perform QA automation
testing of projects in coordination with other departments within the
company. =95 Help ensure overall product quality
Qualifications: =95 8+ years combined experience in Development and/or
QA =95 Minimum 3 years developing UI automation tests and/or frameworks
(not just record and replay). =95 Understands automation tools and uses
them in the most efficient manner =95 Excellent knowledge of the
principal Internet networking protocols =95 Familiarity with HTML, CSS,
JavaScript, XML =95 Basic understanding of SQL and Web programming
desired =95 Expertise with QA methodologies and especially of automated
testing (functionality, load & performance) Expertise with Unit and
test automation =95 Demonstrable analytic and problem-solving skills,
particularly as it relates to test creation =95 Meticulous about details
and quality with excellent trouble shooting skills =95 Excellent
interpersonal skills and ability to mentor others in QA automation
