QA Engineers
* Develop detailed test strategy and test plans, with heavy focus on
automation, for web based enterprise applications. * Develop from
ground-up, the test automation framework and infrastructure. * Test
products through all phases of development life cycle (Functional
testing, regression/integration testing, performance testing) using a
combination of black-box and white-box testing methods. * Test all
components and subsystems including server-side components, database
components, UI components using a combination of API based testing and
UI testing. * Familiarity with .NET and/or J2EE frameworks, and
scripting language(s) such as VBScript, Perl, JavaScript. * Knowledge
of Windows Server 2003 system. * One or more OOP languages (Java, C++,
C#, VB.net, VB) desirable. * Virtual Machine environments (VMWare,
VirtualPC, etc). * Excellent written and communication skills
required. * BS required, MS preferred in computer science,
engineering, math or science
