National Sales Manager - Montreal
Introduction
Our client, a global multi-billion dollar company and a supplier of
the most technologically advanced suite of telecommunication services
to multinational cor****ations is currently seeking a Canadian Regional
Sales Manager to join their team.
Responsibilities
Focusing on large multi-national organizations or other companies
requiring such services as contained in our ****tfolio, he/she will be
expected to meet and exceed aggressive revenue expectations while
accompli****ng the following:
=95Develop long-term relation****ps with our enterprise customers,
especially multi-national cor****ate customers.
=95Identify sales leads, provide sale sup****t (including working with
engineering and operations for the successful cutover of sold
services), manage sales processes, close sales deals, and negotiate
terms and conditions.
=95Create and communicate territory sales plans.
=95Manage against branch budget goals relating to direct and indirect
expenses.
=95Obtain required business plan objectives.
=95Review and organize business case do***entation for Bid Reviews and/
or other requests requiring approval from senior management.
=95Take overall leader****p position on contract negotiations and
coordinate Executive, Legal and Operational resources to drive process
to timely completion.
=95Develop and do***ent formal territory plan that clearly analyzes and
defines the target customers, and articulates the strategies and
tactics to develop business with them.
=95Manage and do***ent sales pipeline and provide accurate monthly and
ad hoc re****ts to senior management in a timely basis.
=95Provide weekly activity re****t to senior management and respond to
any other ad hoc special requests in a timely manner.
=95Act as an escalation point for customers to remove any and all
obstacles to developing business in the target markets.
Qualifications
=95University Degree holder or equivalent preferably in Telecoms, IT or
business related discipline with at least 5 years sales experience to
cor****ate customers
=95Good understanding of global telecom industry / IT solutions and
sound knowledge about the market trend
=95Good personal network with telecom industry and cor****ate community
=95Experience in selling global network solutions between the US and
Asia Pacific region
=95Experience in selling to multinational cor****ations at both business
and technical levels
=95Good selling techniques and strong in account management skills;
able to conduct prospecting and manage customers independently
=95Able to work seamlessly with global sales team in different time
zones
=95Self-motivated, customer-focused, and result-oriented
=95Familiarity with the Asian business world.
=95Excellent proposal writing skills and presentation skills
Compensation
$120,000 salary plus commission
