=B7 Resolving inbound customer technical inquiries.
YOUR EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
=B7 Flexibility to work days, evenings and weekends is required.
=B7 Basic computer skills, including keyboarding and data entry.
=B7 Have a positive attitude and able to work in a team setting. Ability
to listen effectively to the customer, understanding their needs and
provide excellent customer service.
