Your background working on high-volume/high-profile sites is what will

Your QA and web-based testing in a template-driven web development along
with your ability to prioritize a heavy workload a must. Basically are
you
able to make key decisions regarding technology? Great, because this
company wants you to.
If you happen to have Java, Perl, JBoss, JSP, J2EE or any mobile
experience
that is a bonus. And if you don't, you are going to learn.
