Responsibilities:
o Full life-cycle development of PeopleSoft applications including Human
Resources, Benefits Administration, Pension, Time and Labor, North
American Payroll applications and interfaces and re****ts. This includes,
but is not limited to analysis, design, coding, testing, do***entation,
and trouble-shooting.
o Full life-cycle development of interfaces into and out of PeopleSoft.
o Production sup****t for Human Resources, Benefits Administration,
Pension, Time and Labor, North American Payroll applications and all
interfaces.
o Assists Technical Specialist in gathering and analyzing business
requirements.
Qualifications:
o MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (Must Have):
o Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering
o 8 years PeopleSoft development experience (experience with Human
Resource, Benefits Administration, Pension, Time and Labor, and North
American Payroll modules)
o Experience with release 8.9 and People Tools 8.4x a must.
o Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Must possess superior analytical skills.
o Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
o Highly motivated and able to coordinate multiple activities
simultaneously.
o Goal oriented, adaptive and resilient.
o Comfortable with change and tight deadlines.
o Willing to learn.
o Able to adapt quickly to new situations and technologies.
o Excellent inter-personal skills.
o Must be a team player.
