Business Analyst - Moncton NB

Our client, a leader in the field of transpiration is looking for a sharp
IT 
Business Analyst to join their team in the lovely city of Moncton.  They
are 
a leader in their field.  I could see many op****tunities for advancement 
within this multinational company.

As a business analyst your keen ability to translate user requirements
into 
working applications with the IT team are crucial.  If you have any 
experience with 6-sigma type processes that would lend itself well to the 
environment.  You are an independent thinker with about 5-7 years
experience 
behind you.

In the clients words:

The Business Analyst is responsible to sup****t implementations of various
IT 
solutions to enable our affiliate companies. The Business Analyst plays a 
key role in the successful delivery of our solutions by working to develop
a 
clear understanding of the needs of the business and translate this 
knowledge into functional requirements for technical development.
Following 
our structured project methodology, the Business Analyst will lead in the 
preparation of the requirements analysis, detailed project design, test 
plans (functional and user), provide individual and group training, and 
prepare and oversee implementation plans.
Education and Experience Requirements:

- Trans****tation Industry Experience with specific knowledge of key
business 
processes.
- Experience leading small to medium sized IT projects following a 
structured methodology
- Proven track record delivering business solutions.
Experience in the following, although not required, would be a definite 
asset:
- CITT designation
- JD Edwards software or similar ERP package
- Microsoft products, especially Visio, Project and PowerPoint
- Process improvement experience and training in LEAN or Six Sigma
- Process do***entation and mapping expertise using UML or BPMN
