Responsible for administrative sup****t of field service center
operations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Word process and filing.
• Answer phones, route calls and take messages.
• Open and route mail.
• Open projects, order clients, open purchase orders, and perform
billing in Oracle, will train on software.
• Implement supervisor s corrections on test re****ts and prepare
for outgoing mail.
• Process and code invoices for A/P.
• Maintain inventory and order office supplies.
• Maintain the Company brochures and printed forms.
• Proposal tracking and follow-up as required.

• High school diploma and two to six years
secretarial/administrative experience.
• Proficient on all office machines.
• Advance proficiency on company s software.
• Willing to work flexible hours.
• Required work in an office environment, including extensive
computer and telephone use.
• Must be able to clearly communicate with clients and employees,
both verbally and in writing.
Company offering $16.00 - $18.00 an hour, plus an exceptional
benefit package.
