Program Planning and Operations Manager III - #3998<br> This
position is for a Program and Operations Manager to operate and
manage airborne electro-optical systems and imaging analysis
teams. These systems are on a fast-track for deployment and
experience with EO/lR reconnaissance and/or theatre operations is
essential. Duties will include planning and conducting
operational test flights and managing in-flight data collection
with the EO/lR system and providing research and analysis
services concentrating on image analysis from research and
development data collection during operational test flights.
Tasks will involve data collection on a variety of targets,
providing means to identify and prioritize targets, sup****ting
field activities and rapidly disseminating actionable
intelligence. The successful candidate will demonstrate the
ability to make timely and critical decisions regarding high
priority targets of interest and communicate this information to
higher headquarters. The position will also manage field
operations and liaison with command elements. Travel out of
CONUS required.<br>

Typically requires education/formal training equivalent to the
completion of a Bachelor's or Masters Degree in Physics,
Engineering, or a related field, along with seven or more year's
progressive project administrative experience in an
engineering/scientific, military or intelligence environment with
at least three or more years of supervisory experience. May
substitute equivalent experience in lieu of education. The
successful candidate should demonstrate an extensive technical
and/or project leader****p expertise and application of
engineering principles, concepts, and practices with the ability
to organize, plan, schedule, conduct, and coordinate workloads to
meet established deadlines or milestones. The candidate must also
posses the ability to understand new concepts quickly and apply
them accurately throughout an evolving environment. Strong
