LOS ANGELES AREA. IT IS WORKING FOR A NON-PROFIT COMPANY AND
THEY ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE THAT HAS 3 YEARS PRIOR HUMAN
RESOURCES EXPERIENCE.
THE POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES ARE AS FOLLOWS:
* HANDLING HR PROCESSING FUNCTIONS
* DATA ENTRY OF PERSONNEL ACTIONS
* DEVELOPING RE****TS FROM ABRA HR SYSTEMS USING CRYSTAL RE****TS
* SETTING UP NEW HIRE PERSONNEL AND BENEFIT FILES
* MAINTAINING PERSONNEL AND BENFIT FILES
* PREPARING PAYROLL/BENEFIT DEDUCTIONS FOR SEMI-MONTHLY PAYROLL
* PROCESSING PAYROLL/BENEFIT ENROLLMENT/CHARGE/TERMINATIONS
* PROCESSING COBRA INQUIRIES AND MAINTAINING COBRA RECORDS
* SETTING UP AND MAINTAINING FILES FOR HEALTHCARE VENDORS,
RETIREMENT PLANS, EMPLOYMENT VERIFICATIONS, WAGE ORDERS, SDI
AND UNEMPLOYMENT CLAIMS
* OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
ALL CANDIDATES NEED TO BE COMPUTER PROFICIENT ON MS WORD AND
EXCEL. THEY MUST ALSO HAVE GOOD WRITTEN AND ORAL SKILLS.
THEY ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH A PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR IN ALL
COMMUNICATIONS AND A BA OR AA IS PREFERRED.
THE SALARY RANGE FOR THIS POSITION IS $ 39K TO
$46,680K.
