Financial Controller for LA based property management company.
Requirements are Account reconciliation and monthly statements,
cash flow, GL, A/P, A/R. Full responsiblity of over 70
accouonts. Must have 3 to 5 years experience as a senior
accountant, accounting manager or controller. 3+ years
experience in the Real Estate/Poperty Management area. Strong
working knowledge of the Yardi
software. This position pays $60K annually with benefits. For
