Review invoices and code payments. Process expense re****ts.
Review voucher batches, process and reconcile. Process weekly
check run and manual checks. Maintain vendor tables. Maintain
effective communication with vendors and accounting personnel in
other offices. Process 1099s. Reconcile vendor accounts and
research past due balances. Make stop payments, voids and
reissue checks as necessary.
