stable North Orange County Manufacturer of clothing is looking to
hire a store manager immediately.
MISSION: To Maximize Customer Satisfaction & Continually
Increase Sales
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
"Demonstrate outstanding customer service skills
"Consistently lead by positive example
"Must be flexible and adaptable to change
"Develop and recommend new initiatives to improve store
performance
"Plan, organize, staff, develop, train all store associates to
maximize performance
"Be an instrumental team player, working with co-workers to
develop solutions
"Effectively communicate with current customers and the general
public to leave a favorable impression of the company
"Sup****t Branch Manager with timely communication that indicate
current accomplishments, problems, trends and store needs
"Maintain the highest level of communication between internal and
external business partners
"Create, design, and implement new promotional strategies to
sup****t increased sales and renewal efforts.
"Insure the store is well stocked with appropriate merchandise
and is kept neat and clean
"Insure all financial aspects of the position are adhered to with
complete accuracy
"Set a personal example of conduct that reflects a positive image
of the company
QUALIFICATIONS:
"Minimum of three years of management experience; sales,
merchandising and/or retail management preferred.
"Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to make
business presentations. Strong internal communication and
collaboration skills
"Proven experience in effectively implementing sales strategies
that result in growth.
"Excellent organizational and planning skills; demonstrated
success in project development, space planning, associate
scheduling and management.
"Must be able to work independently and is encouraged to act,
take initiative and make decisions in the best interest of our
customer and the company while considering the impact to all
areas of the business
"Ability to deal with deadline and sales pressure; and handle
multiple projects and changing priorities within limited budget
and staff resources a must.
"Excellent operational and strategic planning skills
"Ability to lead and motivate to achieve goals
"Strong people skills; experience in turning problems into
win-win solutions.
"Needs to have basic computer skills with the willingness to
build on expertise
PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting and moving items
up to 35 lbs is required. The ability to climb ladders is also
necessary.
Work Schedule:
Full time Tuesday - Saturday
July thru August -Monday - Saturday
Duties and responsibilities are subject to change at Managements
discretion.
Company offering base salary of $36K plus exceptional benefit
package.
