Prepare and coordinate street, sewer, water, and/or storm drain
improvement plans; Rough and/or precise grading plans for
residential and/or commercial development projects.
~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~ ~
* Minimum Experience in Land Development ? 3 to 5 years
* Experience should include: Design experience in the
preparation and coordination of street, sewer, water, and/or
storm drain improvement plans. Rough and/or precise grading
plans for residential and/or commercial development projects.
Experience in AutoCadd is a must and LDD experience is
preferred.
* Other:
- BS in Civil Engineering and Registration is preferred
- Must be organized
- Must have people skills and be able to communicate and direct a
design team
- Experience in processing design plans with agencies preferred
