Stable company in Fullerton is looking for an outstanding Sales
Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for a wide
variety of administrative functions. The successful
candidate will possess 2+ years experience in
administrative sup****t, demonstrated experience in resolving
customers concerns, the ability to manage multiple tasks, the
ability to prioritize and meet deadlines, generate re****ts and
create spreadsheets for sales team, assists in preparing
do***ents for potential clients, composing correspondence and
following up as the need arises. The candidate will be cross
trained in other departments such as billing and providing
sup****t for customer service/sales department.
Skills/Qualifications:
* Excellent skills in Microsoft Office, with the highest level of
proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
* Must have excellent follow up-skills, communications skills
both written and verbal.
* Must be organized, detail oriented, reliable, and able to
multi-task.
* Possess very good analytical skills and pays attention to
details.
* Experience in working independently with limited supervision as
well as in a team environment.
