Position Qualifications/
Experience required:
BA/BS degree preferred
Very competent in the use of Microsoft Word
Working knowledge of Excel and Access
Two plus years experience in claims handling/adjustment
Preferably in property/liability/warranty
Strong verbal, written and customer service skills
Natural problem solver
Job Description:
Re****ting to our Claims Supervisor, this individual will be part
of a team responsible for fully administering to product warranty
claims from customers. This includes heavy phone work, high
degree of organization and follow-up, assisting in the
investigation and settlement of claims, computer use, interfacing
with various departments within the company (Quality, Legal ,
Manufacturing, Engineering), and, working to continually improve
the effectiveness of claims processing.
