Talent Acquisition Manager to develop your recruiting skills,
while helping your teammates improve and develop as well. We are
a very fast-paced, high volume, full-cycle recruiting
environment. In order to manage the high recruiting volume, our
recruiters have access to the latest technology, and the best
online recruiting tools available.
<b>As the Lead Sales Recruiter, you will be responsible for
:</b>
<ul><li>Developing creative recruitment strategies for the US
Sales Organization
</li><li>Developing, implementing and executing best recruiting
practices and strategies
</li><li>Developing strong relation****ps with Business Leaders
and partnering with them to meet their recruiting needs
</li><li>Creating a pipeline of top level talent based on hiring
needs, market conditions, and business goals </li></ul>
<b>Position Qualifications :</b>
<ul><li>Bachelor's Degree preferred
</li><li>5+ years experience in full-cycle recruiting, 1+ years
lead experience, 2+ years sales recruiting experience
</li><li>Strong MS Office skills and ATS experience
</li><li>Must be team-oriented but able to work with little
supervision
</li><li>Must be open to travel
</li><li>Experience in the development and execution of creative
candidate generation strategies.
</li><li>Must be able to manage change and lead through a
changing environment
</li><li>Strong project management, problem solving, and
consultative skills
</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written
communication skills
</li><li>Self-starter with ability to multi-task and prioritize
to meet business needs
</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills </li></ul>
