Salary: $0 - 27,040 / Annually

Position Summary:
                                                               
This position is for a focused individual to work in a fast-paced 
customer     service environment to handle extremely high volume 
of inbound calls. Must have a great attitude, have multi-tasking 
capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills.  
The right candidate will also have great people skills, 
follow-through, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
                       
Primary Duties and Accountabilities:  
                                          
"Answer incoming phones calls up to 4500 a month   
                             
"Enter orders into JDE Edwards System and Excel will train 
                     
"Check orders to ensure accuracy 
                                               
"Interact with customers to help problem solve technical issues 
                
"Ability to handle aggressive customers for problem resolution  
                
"Effectively work with different departments within the company 
to research    problems                                           
                             
Type of Experience Required: 
                                                   
"Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
                                                 
"Type minimum 35-40 wpm 
                                                        
"Data entry skills   
                                                           
"Team oriented - Friendly "can do" attitude.
                                    
"Professional attitude, adherence to policy id required.
                        
"Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
                            
"Detail oriented/Organizational skills required for multi-task 
projects. 
       
"Prior experience working in a ****pping office or environment is 
helpful.
       
"Call center experience a plus.   
                                              
"Experience with J.D. Edwards system a plus but not required.  
                 
"High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
