This position is vital within the organization, and plays a key
role to the continued success of the company. To insure proper
direction, individual growth and leader****p is needed. This
position works under little to no supervision, demonstrating
expertise in a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and
procedures. Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan
and accomplish goals. Leads and directs the work of others. A
wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Responsible for current and long-term effectiveness of all
financial functions of the business including accounting,
budgetary control, cash receipts and disbursements, payroll,
credit and collections.
Oversees all financial functions including management information
systems, financing, banking investments, risk management, labor
management, taxes, food cost control, and audits.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for directing the overall
financial policies.

Job Specifications:
Knowledge:
Requires a minimum of 10-15 years experience relating directly to
the restaurant industry
BA/BS in Accounting/Finance
CPA or advanced degree preferred
Working knowledge of how technology can improve administrative
function
Additional experience with multi-unit apartment complexes a plus
Skills and Abilities:
Excellent leader****p skills a must
Ability to work as a member of a team as well as independently
Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel and MS
PowerPoint
Must have a balance of assertiveness and discretion to be a
credible and sought after resource
Ability to build key relation****ps with finance and other
professionals.
Polished communication skills; presentation and written.
