We are seeking two inside sales reps who will respond to inbound leads
and initiate outbound calls to target prospects identified as good
candidates for Netreo products. The position will also be responsible
for contacting existing customers to drive renewals and the sale of
additional products. This individual will also serve as the primary
point of contact for our prospects, and will always be available to
answer questions from potential customers. The successful candidate
will follow up on leads generated from various sources, and well as
cold-calling target prospects of the company's products. This
candidate will also be responsible for online product demonstrations,
arranging site visits when required, and updating the CRM database
with prospect information. This position requires excellent
communication skills, both verbal and written. Sales experience in the
Networking industry is a plus. The company will provide product and
market-segment specific sales training.
Skills and Experience
Required
=B7 Technically strong with an excellent grasp of computers
=B7 Exceptional People skills including comfortable with inbound/
outbound phone calling
=B7 A Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience, or certificate from a
Computer/Networking school
=B7 Some experience in a sales, or experience in a technical role in
computer/networking technology
=B7 Ability to understand and articulate value propositions
=B7 Ability to work on multiple tasks, set goals, prioritize and meet
deadlines
=B7 Proficiency with standard cor****ate tools (email, Internet,
voicemail, MS Office, etc)
=B7 Discipline to enter/maintain lead data into a CRM system (Goldmine,
ACT, SalesForce.com, Sugar, etc)
=B7 Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis
on relation****p building
Highly Desired
=B7 3 years technical inside sales experience to Enterprise-level
prospects
=B7 Familiarity with the Network Management space as well as software,
appliance or hosted solution sales
=B7 Networking Training/Certification such as Novell CNE, CompTIA Network
+, MSCE 2003, Cisco CCNA/NP
Compensation

Minimal, but occasional travel possible to prospect companies, trade
shows, etc.
