Job Description:  Act as a technical lead
Sup****t cross functional team
Responsible for leading/managing the team in the full object oriented
software development life cycle
Architecture, design, do***entation, development, deployment, and unit
testing of web based healthcare business functionality
Tasks include project/release based and problem resolution oriented
Participate in every aspect of software development including
do***entation, testing, and deployment
Follow industry, company, and department standard best practices for
software engineering
Estimate task durations and log project hours
Provide feedback on project status, milestones, and risks
Ensure systems security and protect against unlawful data disclosure
Upgrade and maintain department systems and software
Analyze system design and performance
Interact with operations for planning and sup****t
Follow healthcare and software industry trends
Recommend areas for improvement in both processes and systems
Communicate effectively with supervisors, peers, project managers, and
stakeholders
Participate in larger IT efforts to sup****t organization through
continuous improvement
Ensures that the as a team leader you adopt processes that focus on
meeting the overall project quality goals, with an emphasis on
eliminating sources of defect.
Follow the key project processes to be used by the team and provide
advice and guidance to the team on their implementation
Follow project protocols and processes in line with the project
design.
Provide advice and guidance on effective implementation of the project
processes; validate compliance with processes; undertake
Milestone reviews; monitor compliance; recommend process improvements

Qualifications:  =B7 At least 3 years experience as a technical or
principle lead

=B7 At least 10 years programming/development experience

=B7 Must be proficient in the following technologies: ASP.Net, VB.Net,
ASP, HTML, Javascript, ADO, SQL Server - administration, queries,
stored procedures---BIZ TALK REQUIRED

=B7 Object Oriented and component based SDLC experience

=B7 Experience working within a team approach development and sup****t
department

=B7 Excellent communication skills and a commitment to customer service

=B7 Familiarity with the software development life cycle and tools such
as source control, Rational, Project, and Visio

=B7 Microsoft Certification

=B7 Database design and performance tuning

=B7 Must have experience with n-tier solutions.



Additional Qualifications

=B7 2 years experience in healthcare applications, especially EZ-Cap

=B7 Re****t writing experience with MS Access, Crystal Re****ts, SQL
Re****ting Services, and/or Cognos

=B7 Background in advanced server and client based web technologies: web
services, SharePoint, AJAX, and .HTCs
