1. Business Analyst, Irvine - CA
We are looking for a contract Business Analyst for a 6+ month project
in Irvine, CA. This is an immediate need.
This BA will perform requirements gathering, business process
management analysis, and workflow management in sup****t of new and
existing projects developed using Vitria's BusinessWare product.
Candidates experience with the concepts of middleware products and EAI
tools are highly preferred.
2. MS Access / PL-SQL Developer, Irvine CA - 3+ months
We are looking for a contract MS Access / PL-SQL Developer for a short-
term project to develop a retail banking incentives calculation engine
for a new business group in Irvine, CA. Must-have skills include MS
Access, Oracle and PL/SQL development expertise.
3. Business Systems Analyst -- 1 year - Seattle, WA.
Qualifications: 3+ years analytical experience in banking or loan
based financial services environment as an Analyst I or equivalent
level -At least 1 year specifically in fraud (card-based, deposit,
check, and/or online/electronic fraud) or credit risk management
preferred -Bachelors or graduate degree required (preferably in an
analytical discipline (math, statistics, engineering, economics, etc.)
-Experience with deposit fraud operations and small business lending a
substantial plus -Technology implementation (project management)
experience a substantial plus.
Responsible for major deposit and small business risk management
projects focused both on system implementation and strategy management
to sup****t cor****ate profitability and loss mitigation goals.
This position requires advanced knowledge in the following areas:
-- Expert knowledge of SQL programming (must have)
-- 2 years of SAS programming (must have)
-- Excel, Windows software, and relational database functionality
-- Understanding of Access or Data mart table structure and data load
processes
-- Conduct complex analyses (some familiarity with statistical
modeling preferred)

processes or tools (write business requirement, perform UAT)
-- Methods and practices of project management (technology solutions
preferred)

-- Fraud Risk or credit risk management Principles & Practices

-- Vendor management and contracting experience a plus.
4. Systems Analyst -- 3+ months - Seattle, WA.
Focus: confirm current baseline do***entation; interview business
owners, SME, etc. to determine & do***ent business requirements for
V2.0 including integration with other Bank / CEAD data systems; work
with Bank technology to ensure SDLC do***entation is completed.
