Java/J2EE -- Web ****tal Developer Position

Customer is seeking a solid J2EE web developer to work on our
interesting and challenging e-commerce initiatives. We are seeking a
candidate for an intermediate web developer position who will be
responsible for rapid development of J2EE web ****tal applications
using ****tlets and web services in a team environment.
Qualified candidates should have strong development experience in:
- 7+ years of total experience in application development
- 4+ years of J2EE development including all Java environments
- 1+ years of Struts or Spring MVC web framework experience
- 2+ years of Web Services experience (XML/SOAP/WSDL/AXIS)
- 2+ years of JDBC programming experience with Oracle preferred (DB2/
Sybase, SQL Server optional), including PL/SQL and schema design
- 3+ years of HTML/JavaScript/DHTML experience, AJAX experience a plus
- 1+ years of ****tlet development (JSR168, WebSphere, Plumtree)
- 1+ years of ****tal experience (WebSphere, Plumtree, Weblogic)
- 2+ years of Eclipse-based IDE experience for Coding, Testing,
Debugging of Java applications
- 2+ years of J2EE application servers experience
(WebSphere,Weblogic,Tomcat,JBOSS)
- 1+ years of Configuration Management/Continuous Integration
experience with ANT, Cruise Control, PVCS, CVS, Java Subversion
- 1+ years of Spring (IOC, AOP)
- 1+ years of Hibernate
- Proven experience with integration of disparate applications
- Experience estimating development effort, given set of high level
requirements
- An attitude of teamwork and accountability
- Effective communication skills -- verbal, written, and interpersonal
