Remarks:
* Our client is looking for one Mainframe Programmer Analyst to assist
with the data migration, data cleanup and the interfaces development
between its applications.

Mandatory:
5 - 9 years relevant work experience in the following:
* COBOL/370;
* TELON;
* DB2;
* IMS/DB/DC;
* IBM DEBUG TOOL;
* JCL;
* SQL/QMF.
As well, the Consultant must be able to demonstrate the ability to
deal tactfully with people and have excellent interpersonal
communication and writing skills.
Desirables:
Knowledge and experience in the following are highly desirable and are
being sought in the Consultant:
* IBM Fault Analyzer;
* IBM File Manager;
* File-AID;
* CA ERWin;
* MS Visio.

Responsibilities:
* Analysis, design, construction, testing and implementation of
interfaces between the legacy applications and the COTS (Commercial
off-the-shelf) solution;
* Providing technical sup****t to Systems Analysts and project team
members;
* Assisting is all aspects of systems implementation;
* Developing detailed program specifications from general
specifications;
* Identifying, do***enting and evaluating technical options;
* Designing Interfaces file structures;
* Data conversion/cleanup;
* Preparing test plans/scripts/data;
* Performing unit, system and integration testing;
* Sup****ting user acceptance testing;
* Implementing systems and systems components and ensuring they run in
a production environment;
* Provide skills / knowledge transfer to appropriate Client staff;
* All other duties as assigned by the Project Manager.
