Equity / Hedge Fund.
Private investment company located in Oakville, Ontario is seeking self
motivated individual to establish and manage a private equity fund / Hedge
Fund. Duties will include managing the Compliance Division, accurate
settlement of trades - both long and short, trade re****ting, account
administration/management, capital introduction as well as timely
re****ting
to the fund administrator. They will need to plan and monitor the
completion of annual audits and financial re****ts. Will be required to
develop and build a marketing strategy to ensure the achievement of
financial targets. Attend presentations, conferences and client meetings
as
required.
Requirements:
CFA meeting proficiency requirements under OSC Rule 31-502.
