Position: Telecom/Voice Network Administrator

Scope of work/responsibilities:
We are seeking a Telecom Administrator/Voice Network Administrator to join
our client's TELECOM Team. Candidate will administer, service and sup****t
Voice Infrastructure & Voice & Data facilities for all our client's
locations including: PBX/Voice Servers (phone systems), voice mail
systems,
peripheral administration tools, voice & data (WAN) facilities;
configuration, implementation & ongoing sup****t. Our client's telecom
infrastructure consists of the following: Cisco Call Manager, UCCX, Unity,
VG248, Nortel PBX, Nortel BCM, and NEC PBX.
To be considered, candidates must have 4+ years of Telecommunications
Analyst/Administrator/Technician experience. Telecommunications Management
Certificate Program (2yr) is preferred. Platform/application based
certifications on Nortel products an asset. In addition, individual will
be
handling regular communication with all telecom vendors (i.e. Telus, Bell,
Rogers, Allstream, etc.) and vendor management (provisioning,
implementation
management & escalations).
