Mandatory:
Our client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst, for the
implementation of our client project, with proven expert experience in
systems analysis, design and applications development in large complex
main frame and mid-tier environments. The resource will be part of the
team led by the Manager of the Project.
* Experience with SOA architecture;
* Knowledge with SDLC and structured methodologies waterfall and
iterative;
* Demonstrable experience with Business Object Oriented Modeling, UML
tools and techniques;
* Demonstrable knowledge and experience with Sybase PowerDesigner
tool;
* Demonstrable skills and experience with do***enting:
~ System Vision;
~ System Requirements specifications;
~ Business requirements/rules;
~ Business process models;
~ Data requirements / models;
~ Business / Data Glossary;
~ Business and System use cases;
~ Functional requirements;
~ Non-functional requirements;

~ Test plan and strategies;
~ Training do***entation;

~ Work plans;
* Work Experience in investigating, analyzing, estimating system
applications in a large integrated mainframe and mid-tier
environment;
* Proven experience with all stages of automated system implementation
in complex mainframe, with online and batch transactions;
* Proven experience with JAD facilitation, interpret business needs to
technical requirements, project meetings for reviews;
* Proven ability to perform successful completing an assignment of
this nature, magnitude and complexity;
* Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills,
verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills;
* Experience in project management, negotiation, interpersonal,
communication and presentation skills;
* A team player with the ability to coordinate multiple projects with
competing priorities and strict deadlines;
* Proven ability in completing an assignment of this nature.
Responsibilities:
The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for working under the
direction of Lead Business Analyst for the preparation of a variety of
deliverables, including:
* Holding discovery/JAD sessions to gather the requirements;
* Analysing and mapping of existing processes/data to future ?to-be?
processes/data;
* Creating/updating of system requirements, including the development
and maintenance of business and system use case specifications;
* Identification of problems/issues along with mitigation strategies;
* Do***entation of all artefacts in a shared project library;
* Working closely with the team of business analysts working on our
client project;
* Effective knowledge transfer to the client's staff at all stages of
this assignment;
* Review and feedback of technical design do***ents;
* Timely contribution to enterprise architecture development from a
contextual and conceptual view;
* Provide timely sup****t to Development & Test teams in following
areas:
~ Building and testing sup****t to development team;
~ Reviewing test strategy, test plan and cases;
~ Management of defect logs;
~ Sup****ting end-user inquiry;
~ Defining the integration test plan;
~ Defining the user acceptance test plan;
* Use of our client's mandated requirement management tools for
requirements specification (Sybase Power Designer, etc);
* Re****t status to and follow overall direction from the Project
Manager and/or Lead Business Analyst;
* Effective knowledge transfer to the client's staff all stages of
this assignment.
