Downtown Federal Government client seeks an experienced Human
Resources
Advisor for their National Initiatives Division. All applicants must have
recent and significant experience in the delivery of a complete range of
staffing activities within the Federal Public Service. The successful
candidate will perform the following duties: Provide and deliver a full
range of resourcing services in sup****t of standardized selection
processes; Provide advice and assistance to national headquarters
functional authorities in the achievement of HR objectives; Consult with
senior management on a regular basis to anticipate evolving HR
requirements
and develop strategies and options to meet the objectives; and Coordinate
regional staffing processing using the national *****sment tools. We are
looking for candidates who are client service oriented, are able to form
effective interpersonal relation****ps with colleagues and clients, have
the
