Our east-end Government client requires a BILINGUAL e-learning
designer
to work on an online application. Responsibilities include building
interactive demonstrations and simulations; developing an online user
guide; use video editing software to make movies and incor****ate them with
online learning. Candidate must have extensive experience with Macromedia
