Description:

    Our Federal government client is looking for a secret cleared,
bilingual individual to advise senior executives, policy/program and other
departmental staff on various communication needs.  The selected
individual
with develop and implement national/regional communications strategy and
action plans for external/internal initiatives.  The selected individual
must hold a valid degree with a major in either communications, pubic
relations etc and have recent experience in preparing and producing a wide
range of communications projects while handling multiple projects on the
