Our downtown private sector client requires a BILINGUAL Help Desk
Representative to provide technical sup****t and respond to voice and
e-mail
inquiries from boards, associations and members in a professional and
timely manner. Responsibilities include: Tracking of all incoming
inquiries; Working closely with Product Management, Technology and
Strategic Communications to ensure all user needs are met; Maintaining
website and working closely with secretariat staff; Updating Helpdesk FAQ.
Must have experience sup****ting MS Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Outlook
and internet applications. Successful candidate must have a positive
attitude and eagerness to learn and help others, strong interpersonal and
