with the following background: degree from a recognized university
(accounting, finance); experience related to positions in Financial
Management and/or a professional designation (CA/CMA/CGA); experience in
conducting research analyzing and interpreting financial policies and
procedures; experience in preparing presentations and briefing notes;
experience applying professional accounting and financial management
