Designs, develops, and implements interfaces between hardware and software
to develop cohesive systems and products.
Determines systems architecture specifications and working parameters for
hardware and software compatibility.
Co-ordinates the development of subsystems and integrates the total
systems.
Has full autonomy to independently deliver on accountabilities.
Applies mature engineering knowledge to managing large and/or complex
projects in the design of products or tools. The difficulty of assigned
problems generally requires modification of established techniques and
methods, and developing new approaches to reach a solution.
Exercises judgment within broadly defined policies and objectives in
selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to achieve desired
results.
May provide guidance to less experienced staff.
Work environment language: French and/or English.
Generally requires:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science
3-6 years experience
Bilingual is an asset
