LeverageTek urgently requires the services of a Remedy Developer for
their Ottawa based client.
Requirements
ITIL Foundations certification
Experience in working with large-scale cor****ate Remedy systems (ARS7)
deployment, customization and configuration.
Experience in row level security/encryption within the AR System.
Experience in Crystal Re****ts and Cognos.
Experience in the development of Remedy customized modules and
customized interfaces for:
SAP
GroupWise 7
LDAP - specifically Novell eDirectory integration
Experience in ITSM modules 5 and 6.
Experience in web technologies such as IIS, Tomcat, Resin
Experience in Kinetic Products such as Kinetic Survey and Kinetic
Calendar
Experience developing system related do***entation and in creating
user do***entation/guides;
Experience with Oracle 9i and 10g database performance tuning.
Assets
Knowledge of BMC Atrium
