Description:
Our Federal Government client requires an experienced Staffing
Consultant to assist with marking 31 exams for an ES-07 competition. The
Consultant will be required to develop an evaluation grid by which to
review written exams; Review the exams to *****s whether the candidates
demonstrate or do not demonstrate that they meet the knowledge and skills
identified; Prepare a summary table identifying: which candidates
successfully demonstrate meeting the requirements to pass the written exam
and which candidates do not demonstrate meeting the requirements,
including
notes on how the candidate failed to demonstrate the requirements (the
summary table need not involve any ranking or performance). Applicants
should have demonstrated experience and knowledge in policy research,
analysis and development. An enhanced clearance is required and
